University of Dundee

Founded in 1881, located in Dundee, the University of Dundee is a famous public comprehensive university in the UK. University of Dundee has a high reputation in Europe and the world for its education and scientific research. 


In 1967, a longstanding relationship with the University of St. Andrews came to a formal end and the University of Dundee became an independent University in its own right. It is home to more than 18,000 students and over 3,000 staff, and more than 300 bachelors, masters and doctoral degrees and certificates. The University of Dundee is internationally recognized for its excellence inin life sciences, education, medicine, finance, law, accounting, management, material sciences, engineering, architecture and other disciplines.


The University of Dundee has been ranked top-tier among UK universities in the world for teaching experience. The University also achieved a Gold Award - the highest possible rating - in the 2017 Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF).
